We grew up in the taco shop haunts of Southern California, capping surf sessions with street tacos, spicy carrots, and Jamaica tea, a mysterious purple beverage that was both sweet, tart, and perfectly refreshing.

This shrub is an ode to those sunburnt childhood memories, combining local organic strawberries from Stehly Farms with organic jalapeños and organic dried hibiscus. It's sweet, it’s tart, and then jalapeño punches you in the face.

An obvious match for agave spirits like tequila and mezcal, this shrub is also delicious with gin, white rum, and other cane spirits.

HOW TO USE IT:
Cocktails: 1/2 oz shrub [or more, to taste]
Sodas: 1 oz shrub in 8oz soda water

SERVINGS PER BOTTLE:
8 oz: 16 cocktails or 8 sodas
16 oz: 32 cocktails or 16 sodas
