We designed this shrub to be the intense, smokier version of our strawberry hibiscus jalapeño shrub. Organic grapefruits provide a bright acidity that pairs perfectly with the smoky, fruity heat of dried morita chipotles. Piloncillo, a traditional Mexican brown sugar, grounds the shrub with a rich sweetness and subtle earthy tones.

It's the perfect match for bold spirits like mezcal, tequila, gin, bourbon, and dark rum. In a glass of soda water, we like to think of it as "real" Squirt.

HOW TO USE IT:
Cocktails: 1/2 oz shrub [or more, to taste]
Sodas: 1 oz shrub in 8oz soda water

8 oz: 16 cocktails or 8 sodas
